Create snow in Unity 3D

In this tutorial, we are going learn how to create a snow effect in unity. It is very simple thing to do, you don't even have to write any codes to do this.

To start with this, add one empty game object in the scene, GameObject > Create Empty and name the game object whatever you like, I will just name it snow. With the snow object selected choose Component > Effects > Particle System.

Now, change it's rotation in X axis to 90 and position in Y axis to 10. With that done, go into the Particle System and change Max Particles a value to 20000, Emission Rate to 200 and Shape to Sphere with the Radius of 2.

By now your particle system should look like a snow falling, like this.
